Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account on Founder Content Creator ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@foundercontentcreator.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & billing

  • We offer a Free tier, a Basic tier ($20/month) with a 7-day free trial, and a Premium tier ($25/month).
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage Subscription; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by law.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the brand inputs, images, and copy you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content only as needed to run the Service for you (e.g., to generate scripts, publish to Instagram on your behalf, or show analytics). We do not use your private brand content to train third-party foundation models.

6. AI-generated output

Outputs from the AI features (ideas, scripts, images) are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and validating them before publishing. Do not use the Service to create content that violates any third-party platform's policies or applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or infringes any third party's rights.
  • Use the Service to spam, deceive, or run automated engagement schemes.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
  • Violate Meta's Platform Terms, Instagram's Community Guidelines, or Canva's Terms when using integrations.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Third-party integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms (Instagram/Meta, Canva, Stripe, Clerk, Anthropic, Google). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or data losses.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where practicable.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
